High Quality item, great seller response. We had an issue with the delivery, no tracker link & a week late. (outwith the sellers control). They contacted them and kept me up to date with progress. The bowl arrived, and it looked and sounds beautiful! The seller was kind and communicated during some shipping issues. If you are purchasing from the US, please be aware that you will need to pay an additional fee after the bowl is shipped. THIS IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT AND CAN'T BE HELPED BECAUSE OF LAWS AND TARRIFFS THAT ARE NOW IN PLACE. I just want any US purchasers to be aware. I wasn't, I thought the tarrifs were included in the price and was surprised when I had to pony up additional money. It may have influenced my decision to find a US seller. I'm still happy with my purchase!
