The item is lovely, can't fault it. Seller communication is extremely poor. After the first touch of base, no reply to emails. Tracking disappeared after a day or two. Did not show up in my purchases in Etsy account. Made a gift for someone very disappointing as the experience left me thinking I'd been scammed. Thankfully, I wasn't. Came wrapped in foreign language newspaper. Took longer to receive than advised by a week. I wouldn't by from here again. Etsy is impossible to contact. Makes me second guess buying from here ever again.

I love my singing bowl. It has become part of my practice.
