The bowl itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured. I don't know if the following issue is dependent on where one lives, but I feel it would be nice to know that additional "delivery" fees may end up being applied. After paying the delivery fee that is noted in the description of the product, I was a little surprised and confused to receive an additional bill, nearly two months after purchase from FedEx charging me again for the delivery. After contacting the shop, I was told this is done to save taxes. I understand this is likely to help the shop with taxes, as opposed to the customer. As a customer, I would be much more comfortable (and appreciate the transparency) of paying fees upfront as outlined, rather than being surprised with a second "delivery" fee.

Purchased on 8 Oct 21. The first delivery attempt was made by Aramex on 19 Oct 21 with multiple failed attempts made after that. I had to make several contact attempts by phone, email, and live chat to figure out where the package was. It took Aramex until 26 Nov 21 to figure out that my unit number was missing. The package was finally delivered on 1 Dec 21. I contacted the seller on 13 Nov 21 for assistance. They replied once on 15 Nov 21 and then did not respond to my questions after that. The Aramex tracking page also said the package arrived from Nepal, not Australia like stated on the listing. However their profile does state that it is manufactured in Nepal. The bowl itself is fine but delivery and communication was a nightmare.
