This healer selection process takes 3 to 4 days and ensures that the specific piece being sent to you meets our authentic quality and healing sound standards.
For personalised orders — pieces with custom engravings, names, or initials — additional preparation time may be required to complete the engraving before dispatch. If you have a specific deadline in mind, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the timeline for you.
