1. About Dharma Tool
Dharma Tool is a Nepal-based brand co-founded by certified sound healer Sunita Poudel and Deepak Sunar, dedicated to bringing the world's most authentic handmade Himalayan spiritual instruments to practitioners, healers, and seekers worldwide. Our collection includes Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, prayer wheels, tingsha cymbals, malas, statues, incense accessories, and other meditation and ritual items — all handcrafted by skilled artisans in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Each item is handmade using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Minor natural variations in appearance, tone, or finish may occur and are considered part of the authentic handmade character of each piece — not defects.
2. Product Authenticity
All products sold on dharmatool.com are genuinely handcrafted in Nepal. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight natural variations in colour, tone, size, engraving, or design may occur between pieces. These variations reflect the authentic nature of Himalayan craftsmanship and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our website are displayed in USD. Prices may change without prior notice. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in your destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified at checkout. 4. Payments
Payments on dharmatool.com are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, and PayPal. We also accept bank transfer and Western Union — contact us at [email protected] to arrange alternative payment before placing your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Every order goes through our 3 to 4 day healer selection process before dispatch — during which Sunita personally reviews and selects your specific piece. After dispatch, DHL Express delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days to most destinations worldwide. Every order is fully insured from our workshop in Kathmandu until it is delivered to your address.

6. Returns & Refunds
Dharma Tool accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. We offer a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — your choice. Return shipping is covered by us. Custom or personalised items are covered by the same guarantee if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or do not match the agreed specification.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately by email if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our returns policy applies.
8. Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country. Dharma Tool cannot predict or control these charges.
