Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement — for any reason. We offer a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — your choice. Once your claim is approved, your refund is processed within 2 to 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

We do not make this process difficult. Contact us, explain the issue, send photos where relevant, and we handle everything from there.


What Is Covered

Not satisfied on arrival — if the piece does not feel right for any reason, contact us within 30 days. Full refund or free replacement, your choice, no conditions. The item must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging.

Damaged during shipping — every order is fully insured from our workshop to your door. If your order arrives damaged, send us clear photos of the item and the packaging. We replace it at no cost — shipping damage is our responsibility, not yours.

Wrong note received — if you ordered a specific note singing bowl (C, D, E, F, G, A, or B) and received a bowl tuned to a different note, contact us immediately. We replace the bowl with the correct note at no cost.

Wrong size received — if the size of the product is significantly different from what was described in the product listing, we replace or refund in full.

Wrong design, engraving, or pattern — if the design, symbol, engraving, or pattern on the piece is different from the product description, we correct it immediately.

Wrong product received — if we send you the wrong item entirely, we reship the correct piece and arrange collection of the incorrect one at no cost to you.

Quality concern — if you have any concern about the quality, sound, tuning, or finish of the piece you received, contact us. We will review it and resolve it. Please note that slight natural variations in appearance, texture, and finishing are part of the authentic handmade character of Himalayan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.


Custom and Personalised Items

Items with custom engravings, names, initials, or personalisation are covered by the same guarantee if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or do not match the specification agreed before production. Personalised items that have been correctly produced to your specification are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


Return Shipping — We Cover It

If a return is required, Dharma Tool covers the return shipping cost. We send you a prepaid return shipping label — you do not pay anything to return the item. In some cases, depending on the nature of the issue, we process your refund or replacement without asking you to return the item at all. We confirm which applies to your situation when you contact us.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp if you need to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, the returns policy above applies.
