Our products—including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, prayer wheels, tingsha cymbals, malas, statues, and ritual accessories—are crafted by skilled artisans in Nepal using traditional techniques.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want customers to feel confident in their purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All Dharma Tool products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers issues such as:

Structural defects in metal, wood, or stone materials.
Craftsmanship flaws that affect the functionality of the product.
Defective parts or components that occur under normal use.

If such a defect is identified, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

What Is Not Covered

Because Dharma Tool products are handmade and often made from natural materials, the following situations are not considered manufacturing defects:

Natural variations in tone, color, engraving, or finish.
Minor differences in sound between singing bowls due to handmade production.
Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling.
Changes in sound due to environmental factors such as temperature or humidity.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with the following information:

Your order number and purchase date.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
A brief explanation of the problem.

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days. If the claim is approved, Dharma Tool may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, Dharma Tool will assist with return shipping instructions. In cases where the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, return shipping may be covered by Dharma Tool.
