Ten questions drawn from all eight lessons. Four options each, one correct answer.
You cannot fail. A wrong answer tells you which lesson to look at again and lets you choose once more. When all ten are correct, your completion code appears at the bottom of the page.
1. Why is there no E♯ bowl in the twelve chakra system?
Not quite. The twelve are simply the chromatic scale — see Lesson 4.1: Beyond Seven.

You have worked through the whole of a Nepali healer's training notebook — the seven chakras in full, both healing systems, hands-on work with other people, an eighteen-day treatment programme, and the advanced material at the back that most students never reach.
What remains is practice, and a teacher. Keep a bowl where you can reach it, and use it more often than you read about it.
