Course Four Questions

Course Four: The Twelve Chakra System · Final questions

Course Four questions

Ten questions drawn from all eight lessons. Four options each, one correct answer.

You cannot fail. A wrong answer tells you which lesson to look at again and lets you choose once more. When all ten are correct, your completion code appears at the bottom of the page.

1. Why is there no E♯ bowl in the twelve chakra system?

Not quite. The twelve are simply the chromatic scale — see Lesson 4.1: Beyond Seven.

Correct.

2. How should a set of bowls be laid out around a client?

Not quite. Position should do your remembering for you — see Lesson 4.2: Where to Set All the Singing Bowls.

Correct.

3. Which gland does the tradition associate with the A note?

Not quite. It sits behind the point called the third eye — see Lesson 4.3: The Endocrine Correspondences.

Correct.

4. A client asks whether singing bowls affect her thyroid. What is true?

Not quite — and the last option is the same claim in softer words. See Lesson 4.3: The Endocrine Correspondences.

Correct. Anyone with a thyroid concern needs a doctor.

5. Does sound healing boost the immune system?

Not quite. See Lesson 4.4: Immunity and the Body's Own Repair.

Correct — the body does the healing, and your job is the conditions.

6. Why is the one-hour session called both healing and therapy?

Not quite. Crown to root is healing, root to crown is therapy — see Lesson 4.5: The One-Hour Session.

Correct.

7. Which brainwave states does a session aim for?

Not quite. Delta is sleep — see Lesson 4.6: Brainwave States.

Correct.

8. Can a phone app measure a client's brainwaves?

Not quite. The two kinds of frequency share a word and nothing else — see Lesson 4.6: Brainwave States.

Correct.

9. Two bowls a few hertz apart are played together. What produces the pulsing?

Not quite. Binaural requires headphones and one tone per ear — see Lesson 4.7: Brainwave Entrainment.

Correct — and the pulse rate equals the difference between the two bowls.

10. When do you ask for consent to place your hands on someone?

Not quite. Someone lying down with their eyes closed cannot answer freely — see Lesson 4.8: Reiki and Sound Together.

Correct.

Course Four — The Twelve Chakra System

That is all thirty-six lessons

You have worked through the whole of a Nepali healer's training notebook — the seven chakras in full, both healing systems, hands-on work with other people, an eighteen-day treatment programme, and the advanced material at the back that most students never reach.

What remains is practice, and a teacher. Keep a bowl where you can reach it, and use it more often than you read about it.

These certificates record what you have studied. They are not a licence to practise — supervised practice with a teacher is what makes a practitioner. If you have answered all ten correctly and no code has appeared, your browser may be an older version. Contact us and we will sort it out.
