From the Healer's Practice

Written by Sunita Poudel, Certified Sound Healer

Every article here comes from Sunita's own healing practice in Kathmandu. A certified sound healer and Reiki practitioner, she co-founded Dharma Tool in 2017 and personally plays, frequency tests and approves every singing bowl before it ships.

She works with clients through guided meditation, chakra balancing and sound therapy for stress and emotional heaviness, so what you read here comes from real sessions, not theory.
